Introduction: I work with people of all ages from the young 11 years old to senior citizens. I spend time with my clients to determine their needs and goals and then design a workout program tailored to each individual. If it's sport specific, weight loss or muscle strengthening, I can help. I work with many people who have back pain and injuries to strengthen muscles to relieve pain. I will come to your home, meet in local parks or your gym, or wherever you are comfortable in. If you have a group of 4 friends who want to get in better shape, I can create a park small group training for you and your friends. Group training with friends is fun and results happen.

I learnt so much in our 12 months together. Before I did not really enjoy going to the gym – I would always do the same routines and I would ride my bike into work feeling that that was all the exercise I needed. As a result, when we first met I had a very bad back situation and was not as physically strong as I wanted to be nor flexible. Today, I am having a great time at the gym, still going twice a week, still using the TRX and bosu, and feel so much stronger, more flexible, and more able to play with my kids and enjoy life! So thank you thank you for all that you did with me. If you are ever back in the bay area and looking for someone to try out some crazy new moves, please let me know!

Lori has been nothing short of an amazing personal trainer. I've worked with her for a year now and have been able to reach my fitness goals, which seemed impossible. Every session is packed with new drills and sequences that keep my body and mind guessing and having fun. And yes, I said fun! Lori's positive 'can do' attitude and humor pushes me beyond my comfort zone. Needless to say my quality 1:1 time with her every week also steeps into other areas of my life (work, relationships etc). Do yourself a favor and schedule a workout session with her. You've got nothing to lose and everything to gain.

Wow does this lady know her stuff! She's so great at working with you whether its your first personal training session or a 'seasoned' would be pro!
