Introduction: I work with people of all ages from the young 11 years old to senior citizens. I spend time with my clients to determine their needs and goals and then design a workout program tailored to each individual.
If it's sport specific, weight loss or muscle strengthening, I can help. I work with many people who have back pain and injuries to strengthen muscles to relieve pain.
I will come to your home, meet in local parks or your gym, or wherever you are comfortable in.
If you have a group of 4 friends who want to get in better shape, I can create a park small group training for you and your friends. Group training with friends is fun and results happen.
