- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge by the job not the hour, so you know what you are paying for, before I start. We warranty all repairs & installs from 1 to ten years, as well as write up a complete scope of the work being performed .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we receive a call. We have the secretary schedule you in or dispatch a plumber, depending upon availability and urgency. Once we have diagnosed the issue we give you the price upfront,if we haven't given already. NO SURPRISES . We warranty all our work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified in the latest products and technology available!
