I had one workout session with BJ Daniels. He listened to what type of workout I wanted to do along with intensity, focusing on strength training. He also included a stretch at the end of the session. Informed of available supplements based on my sport that I play and what would help pre and post during workouts, practices and game. Thanks BJ!

Jay is a great trainer! He's dedicated to helping his clients reach their goals. When i train with him he is stern but patient. He makes sure that I understand what I'm doing and explains why I'm doing it. he doesn't mind demonstrating difficult exercises over & over if needed. I recommend Jay to anyone who is serious about reaching their goals but my not yet know how yo obtain them.
Nichole is wonderful, she makes me feel comfortable with my current physical abilities. Yet, she encourages me to do better. She is not a "yell in your face" trainer. I really enjoy training with Nichole, she is a lovely person.

Outstanding! I had the extremely good fortune to meet Tyrone Duckett 8 months before I retired. I spent most of my career at a desk and, over the previous 15-20 years, had put on some extra pounds and neglected my fitness. Put another way, I was a unfit 65 year old slug muffin. I was unsure if my 65 year old body would respond to training or whether I would have the mettle and fortitude to commit to diet and regular workouts. At the time I started, I was recovering from major ankle reconstruction surgery and prostate cancer. My cancer was in remission after a prostatectomy, radiation, and androgen deprivation hormone therapy; my ankle was stiffer than before reconstruction. Tyrone got me started on a year long, customized cardio and strength training program, taking into account both my age and existing physical condition. We started out slow, never doing more than my neglected body could handle, but at the same time Tyrone pushed me hard enough to make me sweat at every training session. Tyrone has a firm, but encouraging attitude towards training. We did a lot of joking and smack talk about our favorite sports teams during my training sessions. I was surprised at the immediate results. Over the one year training, I dropped 60 pounds, reduced my waist size by eight inches and was able to "flex my guns" (generally performed to intimidate other males and impress females) for the first time in many, many years. My training with Tyrone not only helped me rebuild my body, but also convinced me that our bodies are amazing machines that, with a little work and commitment, can stay tuned and healthy no matter your age or physical condition. I was very pleased about my training session with Lily. I've wanted to get in shape and start bulking up for a long time now. I never really had the motivation or knowledge to needed to properly gain weight in a healthy way. Not only do you get personal training but you also get some good advice about what not to eat and what to eat which is worth so much. Lily has the experience and knowledge to help anyone meet their fitness goals with reasonable concise planning and at a fair price. I've had a few Personal Trainers (PT) over the years, some with greater success than others. After a few months of kicking around what I needed to do and which PT to use to achieve my overall health goals, I finally committed to working with Vada Rubino. When I think about where I started and where I am today, I’m amazed. I give all the credit to Vada. I’m grateful that she brought me along slowly. Vada was able to identify where I had issues and to work around old and new injuries. I believe it also helped that I was realistic about the time it would take to achieve the kind of progress I needed. Even though it was hard work, Vada was able to make it fun. Still, to accomplish my goals required discipline and consistency, I rarely missed an appointment; it was worth it, all of it. Because of Vada, today I am stronger, much more balanced and have the confidence to do the things I struggled with in the recent past. What she has accomplished with me has far exceeded my expectation. For that reason, I plan on continuing my training with Vada for the long term. If you’re looking for a personal trainer that will give you the right attention you need to accomplish your goals, Vada is the PT I would highly recommend.

I met Vlad at Anytime Fitness in Natomas about a year ago, he started offering HIIT training classes in Monday which I started attending. I immediately started really enjoying theses classes and Vlad's training methods. Over the last couple months I started thinking about hiring Vlad for personal training to really take my training to the next level. His wealth of knowledge from nutrition, supplements, weight training, stretching, and pretty much anything else you can think of has greatly transformed my time in the gym and helped me become way more fit. I've been training with Vlad for about a month now, and have already seen rapid gains in strength and muscle endurance. My body is more tone and lean due the nutrition and supplement advice he has give me. My wife is 39 weeks pregnant and she also took advantage of training offered by a lad during her pregnancy. He customized workouts for he to do as she progressed through the pregnancy. He's a great guy, with an awesome attitude. I highly recomend hiring him for training if you're serious about getting in shape. It's not easy, but trust me when I say he will tailor you're training to give you exactly what it is you're looking for from the workouts.

Due to Kody's background as a personal trainer, I wasn't surprised at his excellent massage therapy skills. He has a solid understanding of the human muscular system, making his massage work thorough and effective. He has a great touch and healing vibe. I highly recommend!
