- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Everything starts with discovery. I have a detailed process for discovering what a client wants to a client wants to accomplish and why it is important to them in great detail. From there, assuming I have the right solution, I will recommend a specific place to start and provide training, coaching, consulting or a combination of all three to help them achieve their goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?From a sale and leadership prospective I have 20 plus years of real world experience, I am currently a member of the National Speakers Association and have won multiple awards for presentations on a number of business and personal development topics. I am also certified as a Behavioral and Motivational Analyst.
- What types of customers have you worked with?The profile of my typical clients are organizations with quality products or services looking to take their business to the next level by creating duplic-able sales and leadership processes.
