Very happy with the team for our bathroom remodel. They were punctual, listened and asked for finer details, were fast and did excellent work. I took two quotes and their team started work even before the other contractor got back to me with their quote. Will definitely like to work with them again. Bradly was very pleasant to work with, which is refreshing since my past experience with contractors has not been good (cutting corners and then mansplaining) to the extent that I started doing remodels/ tiling myself as I was sick of dealing with them but I highly recommend them.

Amazing bathroom makeover! So glad that we found Livers to tile our bathroom shower/tub, floor and wainscoting. When we were shopping around for bids, Bradly impressed me with his extensive knowledge, fair pricing, and willingness to go beyond tile installation to make our bathroom remodel possible. Some tile contractors weren't comfortable replacing valves/reinstalling a toilet, moving an outlet, or installing a vanity (or their bid did not seem very reasonable). It was so much easier to have one contractor who could do it all. Bradly and crew were very conscientious and meticulous in their work. We're very pleased with the result and would definitely hire Livers again!

Livers Tile and Grout demolished carpet and tile on my first floor and installed luxury vinyl. I was totally satisfied with process and result. They were super fast and showed up every day on time and communicated with me throughout. So glad I chose Livers Tile and Grout!

He is professional and knows his trade very well. He tiled our bathroom and replaced the vanity and toilet. The tiled floor was beautiful when he finished. And he cleaned up everything leaving us to enjoy the new bathroom.

FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I offer to give them a free estimate. This is so I can see what I will be working with, including the sub floor or underlayment, the tile layout. Also being able to answer any questions that the customers may have. This gives me a better chance at giving them a more accurate quote.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

My dad used to own a tile company when I was younger and I went to work with him often and learned under him. He showed me all the aspects of the job, how to talk to customers, and make sure they are satisfied at the end of the job. Then I have trained under other people working with different aspects of the tile, from mosaics to true stone tile.
