All 5 choices would qualify for a 5 star for Vitalii. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. His English skills are lacking, but he communicates with an app to translate which is interesting and fun to do. That does not cause interference with his superb work. Vitalli is an honest and trustworthy man. He knows his trade and is totally capable. I couldn’t be more pleased with his work.
