I wish I could choose all five of the ratings for Quality, Value, Professionalism, Punctuality, and Responsiveness. Kevin of Mr. X is an amazing plumber. We had a NYE party, the day after we started getting a backup and slow drain with gas gurgling through the drains. The first thought was that someone had flushed something. They didn't. We ended up having numerous root intrusions in the main sewer line. Mr. X reached out within a short while of submitting the Thumbtack request. They scheduled me for noon the next day (Friday).
Kevin ended up being able to show early, was very knowledgeable and answered any and all questions I had. Walked me through his prices and the estimates, and provided video of the blockage and other issues in the main line. He completed the job very quickly, provided additional advice, and even fixed a project I had been putting off for sometime. I plan to have him out again to help locate some private residential lines, as the intrusive tree has signed its death certificate after this.
I am glad I reached out and had him come to work at the house, because his customer service is great and he is very friendly and listens to the customer as well. Thank you Mr. X!

Kevin was awesome, he came over quoted me a price I told him I have others coming he said fine let him know. I called him back he wasn't the lowest but I got a good vibe about him and he wasn't much more. He showed up same day and was very pleasant and professional, I gave him my new faucet and he took the old one out and put in the new one, pretty fast I might say. It looks wonderful, works great, and I told him I will keep his number for my next project highly recommended.

Kevin X. was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and efficient with his work.
As it turned out, he diagnosed that we needed a new kitchen sink faucet and he saved us a trip to the store and a call back visit, because he had the perfect new faucet in his van that he installed.
I would totally recommend Mr. X Plumbing!!
