Introduction: I recently left the corporate world and started my own catering business, Chrysalis Catering.
I have experience with a wide range of cuisine and techniques. I really love American food and southern-style comfort foods. I also love charcuterie, hors d'oeuvres and canapés! , In addition to cooking, I offer, serving, kitchen help, personal chef, event coordination and drop-off catering. Chrysalis was a fantastic culinary and service experience for my wife’s 40th birthday party. It started off with a discussion of how many people and desired menu experience. 50 people. Then a simple quote with a copy of the menu and a simple digital order for me to sign with a link to pay for the order. They checked in with me a couple days prior to the event to make sure we were set with everything. The day of the event they showed up an hour before the event and got everything ready and the food was hot and ready to serve 30 min after guest arrived. Almost everyone at the party said something to me on how good the food was. Tameeka and her team took care of everything and after the party they bagged up all the left overs for us and cleaned up all the mess. I would highly recommend Chrysalis to anyone looking for a great catering experience.
