- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a catering company we charge a per person plate based on your menu, There is also a fee for professional staff $18.50 per staff per hour, 18.5% service fee, delivery, and tax. China is available at the cost of rental. We offer deli trays and sides based on items- We offer Vegan & Gluten free packaged foods for wholesale or retail-
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I continue to take classes in baking, cooking styles, and cuisine, as I can NEVER learn to much... and the more I learn the better I am for my customers!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been cooking for people for years I have been serving the community for years serving food to bring comfort and love and this is an extension of that, I love being of service and love to cook!
