My friend had been without heat in her Grass Valley home for two months! I called HVAC and got an imediate response from Walter. He arrived the next day on time and offered me a comprehensive review of what was needed for repairs. Three hours later my friend has heat. Our furnace stopped working on a holiday weekend and after striving to find someone who was working, it was Walter who responded. Not only did he respond to our request quickly, he showed up to our home within an hour. He subsequently found the cause of our problem and repaired it. He included us throughout the process. He let us know what he was thinking as he worked. He demonstrated his experience well, giving us confidence in what he was doing. We appreciated his professionalism and thoroughness. I am currently EPA universal certified & licensed as a commercial HVAC technician/and I'm also LIEBERT certified & trained to work on specialized AC units, systems & controls that are designed to supply & maintain specific cooling temps inside data & I.T. rooms
