I only bill for work. Phone calls are free advice. Call from 4:00pm to 8:00pm
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Give me a call.Explain what is wrong with your computer.I explain if I perform that kind of work. If the work falls under my work guidelines I will quote a price for repair. "I DON'T DO ANY WARRANTY WORK AT ALL".If it is under warranty do not contact Computers 24. My main guideline is no kind or warranty work. I am only doing business 3 or 4 days a week.This depends on my full time schedule. I am off every-other Friday. Some Thursdays I start pickups. I cover elk-grove downtown and ranch cordova only.Some pick-ups I do through the week.The ones close to regular work areas.
