My Story:
I started DJing at age 15 for church youth dances and socials. At 18 years of I became a professional DJ working under one of the top mobile Disc jockey companies in the Sacramento area during the mid 1990’s. I opened my own professional DJ service in 1998 after returning to Sacramento from serving a full-time mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in the Northern portion of Colorado. My services are perfect for any occasion, wedding, church socials and family dances, youth and school dances, crab feeds, fund raisers, and more!
Partnering with my beautiful bride Ruth from almost the beginning, Thomas Hinds Entertainment is truly one of the few husband and wife teams available in the Sacramento area. I program the music and organize the event while Ruth keeps me on track and coordinates the event. Our services include (in no particular order) event outline and organization, coordination during event, customization of music to your event, upbeat and energetic music, sound reinforcement for ceremonies and toasts, dance lighting, beat matching, and a great time.
We provide top service in event orchestration! We will communicate and work directly with photographers, videographers, caterers, facilities, and wedding planners. Most of all we will communicate with you. If it is your wedding you will know just what to expect. You won’t have to come up to the DJ booth to see when we are moving on, or what’s coming up, we’ll let you know upfront and before things happen.
