Introduction: The holistic approach is different than the western style personal training that is commonly found. I have heard from others that I offer a comforting and non- judgemental atmosphere and that there is just 'something different ' about my class. I focus on teaching you things that you can incorporate throughout your day. Being of service and being able to hold that space for someone. It's the way it affects people.. to know that someone is present for them 100%. I love that people love our sessions and seeing the fulfillment they get from enhancing their lives.

Erica is a great instructor/facilitator who uses the holistic/multidimensional approach. She is nonjudgmental, loving and provides a safe environment for her students. She is great at working with limiting beliefs and I highly recommend her any classes she teaches!

You were so kind, and gentle, leading the yoga class for people who are not that comfortable with it. I really enjoyed it. But your meetups were for overweight people, I'm not, and I got too busy with other stuff anyway. I would return again if my schedule changed, and if it wasn't just for weight challenged people.
