- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Yes, all of our pricing is based on the square footage.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?If the customer has pictures they can text or email over that is always helpful. Otherwise, I will set an appointment to come look at the project. Sometimes, I will have suggests to make the job more efficient to save money or come out better in the end. After the initial meeting, the customer will receive an email estimate with a breakdown of each separate charge to complete the project, such as drywall cost, painting cost, etc. At this point, the customer and I discuss the overall cost of the project and see if we need to make any changes. Once everything has been agreed upon, we schedule a start date for the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have an engineering degree and additional training courses in order to have a California general contractor's license. I have also taken additional courses for elder safety in the home and ADA upgrades related to safety.
