- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We support our active and prior military men and women as well as our Eagle Scouts, and Gold Girl Scouts which all hold a special place in our heart. We give everyone a good price yet offer an additional 5% for active, or prior military,Eagle Scouts and or Gold Girl Scouts
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Having seen or fixed it all, the more information we receive from the customer allows us the best chance to succeed and create value for home owner. We are technically savvy and truly believe a picture is worth a thousand words. Even if you don’t know what you want and in the off chance we don’t know what you need usually a picture or url can bring us both to a mutually achieved goal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m self taught, I took apart my 1st vcr at age 8 and was devising ways to get the firewood up our two story deck at age 11. I believe that learning something new everyday is important to ones success, even the normal everyday task are a challenge to be more efficient and effective. Since then I have gotten my contractors license and have been able to help a myriad of people improve their home which brings me great joy and satisfaction.
