Contacted Schimika on a Sunday night about move out cleaning and she scheduled me in for the following day. She was really good about letting me know her ETA and arrived early. She was VERY professional and a delight to speak to. She knocked out my 2700 sq foot house in 7 hours. She was thorough and cleaned every room, closet, bathroom, cabinet and counter in the house. I highly recommend and would definitely contact her again!

She was very responsive to my initial request for housekeeping, within minutes, not hours or days! She answered all of my initial questions very effectively, clearly and concisely, which proved to me that she truly knew what she was doing! She provided me all of her licenses and insurances/bonding which further put my mind at ease in case of accident or injury while in my home! She was very accommodating to my personal schedule and willing to travel a little ways to help you! She not only arrived early, she was willing to use a couple of my own products due to my personal preference about controlling the lack of chemicals used in my home. She was very impressed by them as well as the affordability and said she may add them as a business product used in other clients’ homes and businesses! She is very personable, professional and has a very energetic, wonderful personality - and a dazzling smile! My bathrooms and kitchen are sparkling clean and sanitary! My soft surfaces (rugs, furnishings, etc.) are soft, clean and comfortable! My stuffy head and nose was cleared up by the next day (I was taking medication daily)! We have gone with 4 Real Shine LLC multiple times and we refuse to go with anyone else. She comes in and goes right to it! The first time she came to clean, within the first few minutes, she already had all of our stuff from one side of the kitchen to the other and was hardcore cleaning. We are a family of 6 and my husband and I work full time. We live in a 3 bedroom, 1 bath house, so you can imagine how cluttered and messy our place can get. Schmika isn't just incredible at what she does, but she is funny, sweet, and kind and I love having conversations with her. She's never distracted from her work while conversing and she never leaves a job half done. She has blown our minds every time she cleaned and we are so thankful to have her for our cleaning services. She's become family to us. We love her to pieces. I highly, HIGHLY recommend her!! She is fantastic!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give 10% discount for ongoing customers that get a cleaning every week and 5% discount for cleaning every two weeks.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discuss the level of cleaning they would like. Explain to get the most out of your cleaner is best that you remove personal items and clutter before time so the cleaner doesn’t waste precious time removing those items or askingask them where they go. Better yet cleaner could spend more time scrubbing, cleaning, vacuuming and polishing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I work in the hospital cleaning the surgery room between operations and you cannot get cleaner than that.
