- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give 10% discount for ongoing customers that get a cleaning every week and 5% discount for cleaning every two weeks.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discuss the level of cleaning they would like. Explain to get the most out of your cleaner is best that you remove personal items and clutter before time so the cleaner doesn’t waste precious time removing those items or askingask them where they go. Better yet cleaner could spend more time scrubbing, cleaning, vacuuming and polishing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I work in the hospital cleaning the surgery room between operations and you cannot get cleaner than that.
