Introduction: Hello, my name is Alma. I have lived in the Sacramento region most of my life and understand how busy and hectic life can be in a fast moving town. That is why, I would like to offer my services to those who would like to lift a little weight off of their shoulders. My business was inspired by my family, so I understand the need and desire in finding someone that you feel at ease and comfortable around to come into your home. It is very important to me to build rapport with my clients, especially if I will be working with them in the long run. I strive to build a solid relationship to allow longevity with clients. Change happens too often in our busy lives so it is nice to have some routine close to home. My housekeeping services include, but are not limited to: deep cleanings, move in/out cleaning, regular/light housekeeping. Services such as: bathroom, kitchen, living room, and common areas. Including dusting, wiping down, disinfecting surfaces. Sweeping/mopping/vacuuming floors. Window cleaning (inside), as well as changing linens as needed. After going through multiple cleaning services and other cleaners I was fed up with the lack of attention to detail and price with my cleaning in my apartment. I contacted alma and she was able to come to my apartment the NEXT day . She and her sister did an absolutely amazing job. I cannot BEGIN to describe how happy I was with the way my apartment looked now. I have two dogs and my apartment often ends up looking like a disaster zone. After alma and her sister was done, you would never even know that dogs lived in my apartment. She also brings her own cleaning supplies, which is great! besides great price I would suggest her to any of my friends. cause i haven't see anything better on price and service till now. I have been a customer of Natural Cleaning Solutions for the past 8 months and I am extremely satisfied with their work! I requested someone who could do some cleaning for the holidays which included all rooms, living rooms, bathrooms, kitchens and patios. They were able to successfully leave them spotless. All within 3 hours! What really impressed me with the service was that the staff was up to do it right away. They were at my house at the time we agreed and went beyond how I believe they would do. In all honesty, there is nothing wrong with their work, they come to my house every 2 weeks and I would love if it was possible every week.

    My typical process when working with a new customer is always a friendly introduction before anything. I like to build rapport and hear out the wants, needs, and concerns of clients. Listening is important so that I can make sure I can deliver on their expectations aside from being a good match.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I worked as a housekeeper for 3+ years at a facility. As well as running my business on the side. I have gained many skills in prioritizing my work and making sure I manage my time well in clients homes.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    The main advice I can give clients that are in search of someone in my field, it is to make sure that they feel that the person is friendly and trusting. Also, to make sure that they show their capabilities of doing the job that is asked of them.
