- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always try to work with my customers budget. If you are scheduling from a remote area please consider travel expenses I do travel to remote areas without issues but please know a travel charge may be addressed and asked to be agreed upon prior to scheduled appointment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After being contacted I ask the customer to call or text me that way we can discuss the needs of the home or project. We also go over initial estimate. I try to take the time to get to know my customer, as well as answer any questions they may have for me. I will never ask a customer to put a deposit down for their appointment. This automatically gives the sense of distrust. I want my customers to know they can trust me and trust my work. I always try to go above and beyond to make your experience a great one.
