- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The cleaning fee is set based on the square feet that we clean, and does not depend on the time we spend on this. Thus, our customers every time get an excellent result without unexpected price changes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We determine what the client wants from our work and what cleaning standards should be supported by us. We stipulate working conditions and proceed to implementation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We attracted employees to our company, each of whom has experience in the field of cleaning. In addition, we trained each of them to work to high standards using eco-friendly tools. Our customers receive a consistently high level of service.
