MVP was hired to replace our water heater with a tankless outdoor unit, install hookups in my kitchen for a dishwasher, replumb our supply lines, and replace a leaky sewage line underneath the bathroom. They gave us a competitive price, showed up on time, and got the work done in one day. Nice guys who do good work.
If you need electrical work done, get in touch with PKS Electric. Paul's work was excellent. We had three pendant spots in the kitchen - two had stopped working and it wasn't a bulb issue. Paul arrived, checked out the lights and quickly identified the problem. I had purchased replacement spots just in case the old lights were not repairable. So Paul then removed the old lights and quickly had our new replacements installed and working beautifully. And he cleared up the rubbish into a box too. Definitely recommend him for any electrical work you need done around the house. I'll be happy to use his services again. Thanks Paul for the 5 Star job and giving us light in the kitchen again. :-)
John did an amazing job! He installed 2 ceiling fans, a light in the kitchen, house numbers and a shower head. He was very professional and KNOWS what he's doing. I will definitely call him again!
Sam and his associate came to my house on time. They emptied my garage of over 50 cardboard boxes and installed baby safety mechanisms on all kitchen cupboards. Sam also fixed our broken radio flyer, which wasn't included in the original estimate. They were friendly and competent, so I recommend this company's services.
Todd is terrific. He’s honest, reliable and does what he says he’ll do. He does thorough, high quality work at a fair price. He’s done a number projects at my home (new kitchen, indoor lighting, electrical work, wall and ceiling re-texturing, etc.) and we plan to do more this year. Todd (and crew) are very respectful of people living in the home he’s working on, and they never leave a mess behind. I needed entry ramps (for a complicated entry) in a hurry when a family member became temporarily wheelchair-bound due to a fall. Todd had the ramps measured, designed, BUILT AND DELIVERED in less than 48 hours!! Todd cares about his people. I could write more, but will close by saying is a real pleasure working with Todd Ellis.
Jeff was prompt, eager to work, and did a beautiful job repairing a broken island in a new kitchen. He also installed crown molding for a realistic price throughout the dining and living room. He worked with my budget to schedule several more projects, and I'm really looking forward to see what he can do with these upcoming projects. I would trust him with any friends, coworkers, and even my mom! Will post photos soon.
KGA construction installed a kitchen for us. And did a really good job
Maks installed two new doors on our house, repaired a wall and some kitchen drawers that were broken. Overall his work was excellent and was a very fair price for the time he spent on the projects. I will definitely ask him to do some additional work on our home in the future.
Wes did a nice job installing a kitchen backsplash and allure flooring in our entry way. Took a bit longer than I anticipated but well done and the price was still really good.
I hired Spectrum One to remodel my kitchen and bathroom. They also painted the exterior and interior of my house. They we're very professional. The project went smoothly and was completed on time. Outstanding quality!!!
Excellent job installing a dog door.
Meticulous although may seem stubborn. My 3 bathroom with a kitchen remodel can out marvelous due to his stubbornness for perfection. Give him time, and he will make your project perfect. Old timer would say..can't ever rush a good thing. Thank you Ken!!!
Nathan was pretty awesome! He is actually just wrapping up the job now! Nathan arrived promptly and has been working diligently all day to complete our kitchen project of a wall demo with electrical. Nathan has gone above and beyond to make our project perfect and do the job right! I’m thankful we found him! Highly recommend!
We contracted with Nick to install new oak cabinets in the kitchen of our rental home. They look great. Everything was done on time and as agreed. After the job, I even requested a special favor that Nick said he would do at no extra charge and came the next day to handle it. Extremely happy with the results and the company. Highly recommend you give them a call. Toni F.
My wife and I decided to remodel our kitchen. We were looking for a company/contractor who could do the job. We met with, David Smith. Owner of WDS remodeling. We had some kind of idea what we wanted and a few days later he came back with a layout of our kitchen. The crew, consisting of Elliott and Ryan. They did an outstanding work, and it was a real pleasure to have them in our home. We couldn't be any happier with the work you guys have done. Thank you, David and crew for our brand new kitchen. We love it. I would / will recommend you guys to everyone. Thanks again, James and vicki
Andrey and his crew are pretty awesome. They did a great job with our kitchen remodel (countertops and backsplash). Andrey even got us a great deal on the Quartz countertops and was always available to answer questions. We are very pleased with how well everything turned out and that too within our budget.
We are very happy with the work that Bob and his crew did on our kitchen and closet. They were exceptionally pleasant to work with, and really strove to satisfy all our wishes in our remodeling job. They completely gutted an old fireplace, removed thousands of pounds of brick, and built a lovely closet, pantry and also completely refinished the kitchen. It looks like a whole new house now, due to the careful and extensive work done by Moe Remodeling. They did a lot of cosmetic changes, which look great, but also solved a lot of issues on our old house we'd had with the plumbing, gas, and electric that needed to be addressed. We are absolutely planning on having more work done by them in the future. They went above and beyond my expectations, not just in the results of their work, but their professionalism, cleanliness, knowledge and overall kind attitudes from the whole team. Highly recommended!
First of all I would like to point out that I don't usually take the time to post reviews but I felt for this occasion I would. My experience with Anthony and his crew was above and beyond expectations. We had a small kitchen fire and dealing with the insurance was a nightmare. Anthony stayed patient and flexible in changing start dates due to us receiving funds. Once started they completed the job on the day he said they would and the workmanship was impressive. Anthony had won me over from the first time we met with his professionalism and positive attitude. He was very easy to work with and offered suggestions. To add to this I had received a number of estimates and this estimate was by far the best and what I believed to be more than fair. About a month later I had another small job that needed attention and Anthony lent his support for a fee that I'm not sure that he made any profit on. He is very intent on making his customers happy and keeping them that way. If you ever have a need, give Anthony a shot at it, you won't be sorry.
Hired hi, for a new kitchen floor. He was punctual, very knowledgeable and patient until i decided type of floor, and reviewed details with me. Guided me in the right direction. They did a great job. They discovered that part of the subfloor was water damaged and gave me a huge discount to fix it. Subsequently, they also protected the rest of the subfloor to make sure there would be no future water damage. The job was done on time and looks great! Thanks Guys!
The project involved converting the lowest level of a tri-level home to a separate living quarters for my daughter. The bedroom, bathroom and utility room were left intact. The primary effort consisted of: closing off the open space between the main kitchen eating area and the large family room; providing a separate entrance to the family room; replacing an 8 foot window with a sliding door, landing, and steps from the eating nook; removing a wet bar, and adding a kitchenette in the family room. The kitchenette required installing: cabinets; appliances; electrical and plumbing; lighting fixtures; quartz counters; tile flooring. George Smith, owner of BMT Builders, was an integral partner of the design process, which included the home owners and a Kitchen Design specialist. George's expert experience in this process resulted in many practical improvements to the design and physical layout of the kitchen. He provided the detailed plans for the permit, and advocated for the home owners interests with the county personnel- which was critical in obtaining approval of the project. The care and dedication to the job which George and his assistants provided were commendable, they worked exclusively on this project until it was completed. The craftsmanship of the finished product adequately reflected George's perfectionist nature. His integrity was above reproach; his word was as good as gold in all aspects of this project. There were many unforeseen obstacles encountered during the project; George always provided the owner with a menu of options, explanation of the choices, and any cost ramifications. He included any suggestions offered by the owner in his recommended solution. His suggested approach was both pragmatic and artistic; but, always focused on getting the effort done the correct way- never cutting corners. As with any project of this complexity, some surprises arose; the most significant one involving relatively new code issues, which were not included in the initial plans. The electrical wiring for the new appliances and kitchen outlets originally were planned using the existing 200 amp panel. At the initial site inspection, the county agent informed us of additional code requirements that would necessitate installing a new main panel and running new electrical circuits from this panel to the new kitchenette. This change in approach had a modest impact on the schedule and cost of the project. In retrospect, this could have been mitigated by more detailed review during the permit process.
The guys at GoPro Construction were excellent. Had renters trash a house in Sacramento and needed a contractor to rehab/remodel the place in a timely fashion. Brian and his crew did just that. Excellent kitchen and bath quality, as well as better value compared to the other bids I got. The whole job went smooth, except for me getting to the project late one day. The home is so much more fresh than the old style....I guess in a way I lucked out with the bad tenants, as now I have a place where I can raise the rent pretty significantly. Will definitely use again....Will post pictures later, as none in computer.....thanks.
