FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
oh yeah...too much to list here. if you're interested; ask us!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't hire the flashy showy friendly contractor who says the following: "Don't worry about that, we'll take care of it" before the they even got the job. "What is your budget?" We don't need to know your budget. This is a 'fact finding' question that sometimes is asked for the contractors benefit/not your benefit. Sometimes, not always. We don't need to know your budget until after we've interviewed you, done a site survey, created a design, helped you pick materials, and calculated materials and labor then presented you a price. Then if you say you like what we've come up with but it is out of our budget----THEN we try to scale it down to fit your budget. If our price is less than your budget, then we never did really need to know it, did we?
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I wish they would know up front; we don't mess around, we are educated, experienced, genuinely interested in providing better than expected work. We are not flashy, overly friendly, driving showy cars, wearing showy clothes to impress-we are who we are; we put 100% effort into giving the best possible result every time at reasonable to low prices for the industry.
