We have experienced various different styles of massage therapy, but none have come close to the varied skills and practice of Stephen. As so many have mentioned in their review, Stephen was extremely professional and priced his service fairly. We even decided he needed to be paid more for the lengthy time in which he spent with each of us, and his highly skilled knowledge of massage therapy. He also incorporated energy healing and chanting in his work with us - we loved that, as it brought a new level of relaxation in the room. Stephen also continues to learn and educate himself in his field. He exhibited a great breadth of technical terminology, which helped us learn more about our bodies and how to take care better care of ourselves. We look forward to Stephen's next visit.
I was very pleased about my training session with Lily. I've wanted to get in shape and start bulking up for a long time now. I never really had the motivation or knowledge to needed to properly gain weight in a healthy way. Not only do you get personal training but you also get some good advice about what not to eat and what to eat which is worth so much. Lily has the experience and knowledge to help anyone meet their fitness goals with reasonable concise planning and at a fair price. I first met Kevin through some folks in my office who had been working with him. He came and ran a boot camp for a group of my co-workers. He was able to organize two groups with varying levels. After a while, my fiancee and I started working with him preparing for our wedding. He's been able to be flexible with training programs and timing. He's very knowledgeable and loves his craft. Lynell and I have worked together for the past six months (and counting)! I have worked with other health coaches before and even professionally edited a holistic health coach book, but these coaches' knowledge pales in comparison to Lynell's knowledge and expertise. Lynell is very supportive and is very knowledgeable about health and fitness. However, she goes beyond just your average health coach that's out there. Her coaching comes from a psychological approach, including whole body wellness and stress management techniques, and the word "diet" (as in the starve yourself dieting to lose weight) does not exist when she works with you. She helps you create healthy habits from a goal-setting perspective that are both realistic and produce amazing results. As a result of working with Lynell, not only have I lost almost 20 pounds but I have more energy and feel more focused and organized in my life, especially with my career path. I'm a freelance copywriter who works from home and Lynell has really helped me to really hone into my career goals as well as my personal health and wellness goals. Lynell also has a background working with diabetic clients and is very knowledgeable about diabetes and how to be heart-healthy. She is dedicated to helping her clients prevent heart disease, stroke and type 2 diabetes. She has helped me focus on my sodium intake. She walks you step-by-step through the goal-setting process and encourages and supports you during each coaching session which gives me confidence and feels like I'm not alone in my health and wellness journey. I'm 44 years old and am dealing with perimenopausal symptoms. Lynell is very empathetic and has shared invaluable tips and information about the types of foods and nutrition I should focus on for healthy balanced hormones. As a woman, I feel like she really "gets" what I'm going through and really listens. I highly recommend working with Lynell. If you feel like you are spinning out of control and don't know how to get your health back on track or want to exercise but don't know where to start, definitely hire Lynell for her coaching sessions. My workouts with Heather are great! I look forward to each and every workout with her. Heather is a certified experienced trainer who has been doing boot camp style workouts for a long time. The results are pretty amazing. I have more muscle tone and definition now not to mention more energy!! I highly recommend her as a fitness instructor.

My personal journey towards becoming a master fitness trainer began in 1981 after an untreated whiplash injury. The injury created a weakened left side which resulted in 19 additional injuries due to falling. It's amazing how sprained ankles, strained neck and back muscles can send a person towards chiropractic and physical therapy care! In a quest to heal my own injuries, I learned how core strength, corrective postural stretching and myofascial release techniques could alleviate the need for outside therapy.
