Introduction: Tutoring for me has been truly a satisfying work in helping others learn and grow. I have expertise in several areas as well as personality traits that include patience, kindness and a desire to see others succeed. My capabilities are reflected in perceived results, such as watching the achievements of a student or client, and experiencing their increased self-esteem as he/she learns. I am the tutor who is not only a study buddy or homework helper but also a source of general life support. My role is expanding far beyond academics to counselor, mentor and personal cheerleader, as well as liaison among students, parents and schools. It's like I'm bridging the gap between a therapist and a personal assistant. I provide services that include the following: * Internet/Online Research - Finding information online - Internet research on services, products, people or places - Market and manufacturer research - Finding contact information - Searching and applying for jobs - Compiling information into readable format, Words, Excels, graphs, etc. * Administrative and Personal Tasks - Data Entry - Work on your Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and keep it always up-to date - Data gathering, filtration and compilation - Create presentations - Data verification and academic sources - Work on reports, Excels, documents and spreadsheets - Update listings on Craigslist - Real estate: Listings, marketing and more, schedule open house - Make calls on your behalf - Book travel and make reservations - Managing your calendar and appointments - Help co-coordinate events, parties, and remind you of birthdays, anniversaries and meetings - Managing tracking orders and invoices - Basic bookkeeping (QuickBooks) * Web Design, Graphic Design, and Online Marketing Tasks - Set up a WordPress blog, Tumblr blog on blogspot or self hosted WordPress blog - Make a WordPress website using ready made themes and plugins - Create logos and business cards - Update your existing website and install plugins – WordPress, Wix, squarespace and similar - Create social media accounts and business pages for business or personal branding - Guidance on blogging as cathartic therapy - Social Media management and marketing My qualifications include the following: * Long-term intent and a BA degree in Psychology * Positive, upbeat, ''can-do'' attitude and professional demeanor * Service oriented and very results based and client focused * Forward thinking, anticipatory; empathetic and discerning * Sharp, focused, precise, caring, funny, dedicated, honest and loyal * Highly proficient with MAC - including iPhone, iCalendar, MS Word, and many more * Able to pass a complete background check and have excellent references
