What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No surprises. I always make sure that the customers are happy with the price before I start the job. However there is a minimum of 3 hrs. my charge is $90/hr for moving. However it could be less for something small.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally need to see the job before I give a qoute. Nothing special with new customers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associate degree. forklift training. Hazmat
