Raul and his team were absolutely amazing! I don’t have a pickup truck but needed to pick up a bed set. He not only responded quickly to my work request but gave me a call for details and set a date and time within 20 min. Even after plans changed due to the pick up location, they were able to adjust and get the job done! Didn’t just pick up the furniture and leave but even assembled it together for me. 5 star service, affordable prices, and amazing respect and professionalism. Thank you all so much!

I did not rent a large enough truck for my furniture. But they still tried to make it work. My furniture is all very heavy solid wood which I could tell was very difficult for them to carry, let alone tip on end trying to fit it in the truck. I had asked for plastic wrapping spools and moving blankets. They brought the wrap but no blankets. So I had to use my kids comforters and blankets to pad the furniture. I also had to loan one mover a hand towel because he wasn’t wearing gloves and his hands were slipping. They seem as though they would be excellent movers for a college student of young adult. But I feel I needed movers with more experience for this job. They were very friendly and nice.

Hi Mary! We are sorry that you did not have the best experience with our service. We had agreed that we would plastic wrap your furniture but blankets would be an additional charge since that is an extra expense on our end, which you did not want to pay for. The truck you rented was not the size we were expecting and that made it very difficult to fit everything in, which we managed to do. A bigger truck would have made the job much easier for both parties. One of our guys requested a hand towel for the wooden furniture since it allows for extra grip on the rough wood, and also because there were nails sticking out of the piece. The hand cloth was just an extra safety precaution to avoid unnecessary injury. We did the best job possible but unfortunately the truck that you rented was too small and made it really difficult. We even stayed longer than the amount of time agreed so that we could help rearrange everything you needed in the truck so that way you can take the important things with you.
