Introduction: I insist on proper technique, and I use safe modifications to teach the correct progressions. I also insist clients take care of their mobility and movement, even on days that we don't meet. Education is the tool I use most often, making sure everyone not only knows why we are doing something, but why that way specifically. I get to see people go from completely immobile with terrible pain and weakness to great mobility and movement habits that will ensure they continue to stay pain free. I love to see the transformations that happen every week!

I had the opportunity to work with Lauren when I first decided that it was time to improve my physical fitness. Lauren was a valuable resource in improving my nutrition. She always made time to educate me, not only by recommending specific foods or nutrition plans, but explaining the science behind those recommendations. When it came to my actual workouts, Lauren always knew when I was holding back and would call me out, not allowing me to cheat myself. She also made sure that I scaled back the intensity when I had, or was rehabbing, an injury. Lauren knows how to get the most from her clients and does so in a safe manner. She is strict when it comes to performing movements correctly as she truly has her clients best interest at heart. Overall, Lauren is a very knowledgeable and motivating trainer. Anybody who chooses to work with Lauren will see the benefit of doing so.

When I first saw Lauren, I was with another group and trainer trying to improve my balance and stooped posture. Our group made a decision to switch to Lauren since it was obvious her clients were actively improving and we felt we weren't. Admittedly, we were a little leery, since she looked tough but, changing to Lauren was the Best decision ever. Lauren takes time to show you the exercise, is careful to take into consideration any medical limitations and has a lot of patience. She is passionate about strength training including cardioactive movement and weight lifting. She spends a lot of time making sure we stretch and warm up muscle groups to prevent injuries. Friends and family have noticed vast improvement in my posture and a general overall improvement of toned shape. I have never felt Lauren gives me anything I could not handle nor have felt unsafe while lifting weights. I am amazed at my improvement and encourage others who want to get in shape to give Lauren a try.

I was trained by Lauren for almost a year. She listened to what I needed and prepared a workout plan based on my needs which helped me to reduce weight first and then to build muscle. She also gave food recipe time to time to keep me in shape! my Trainings was combination of cardio, core exercises, and weight lifting. Unfortunately I had to discontinue due to my long distance travels.

Lauren rocks! I've been working with her since August 2013 when I hagan a crazy journey to run my first full marathon in December of 2013. I completed the marathon with much credit due to her personalized training including nutrition and workout recovery. Every session with Lauren makes me feel like I sm her only client. I highly recommend her!

I have been working with Coach Lauren for about a year now. She pushes me when I need it most. We have celebrated my successes and. She has coached me through my failures. She is always there to offer tips and advice when I need it. She is a great trainer and coach. I would recommend her to anyone who is trying to improve themself.
