- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Wellness became a passion when I was still in college. I took a class titled Physiology in Aging and Disease, and I realized that there are so many people suffering from ailments that are 100% preventable, including myself. I started to dedicate myself to learning everything I could about all aspects, including fitness, nutrition, flexibility, and movement. It took many years of practice and research, and I'm still not done learning. This drive to learn how to take of myself slowly shifted into a need to teach others to take of themselves.
