- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We know customers hear, that pricing is very competitive from many professionals. This is very true in most cases. Our company does not price based on our competition. We base our prices on the quality of work you will receive and with confidence that you will be completely satisfied. And we know not everyone is, however we aim to get there. And that is keeping it 100% real!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers come in all shapes, colors, and sizes. So does the jobs we quite frequently encounter. It is not always possible to get the truth of the matter up front. Meaning the full scope of work that needs to be or would like to be done. We too, have been on the other side of the fence and we completely understand. With that being said, if you have a wish list and a needs list, give both of them to us, so that we are all on the same page of what the job/request of work is. The more we know upfront the less issues we run into on the back in. There is no need to short change yourself. We believe in being moral and ethical when it comes to working with customers. It's the principle of the matter.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Cleaning Trash bins and pressure washing surfaces are not rocket science! However, it does take a great deal of understanding some do's and don'ts. In the couple years of performing these services, we have learned many ways to not clean or pressure wash surfaces, which came by trial and error. With grace and mercy, we have been fortunate to have learned these things on our own and never at the sake of a customer. The countless hours we have put in, to improve our craft, is paying off big time. The only proof we have, are the reviews we get from our satisfied customers.
