We charge a flat rate on all 1-4 unit properties regardless of how much rent we collect for you.
Our streamlined technology has made it more cost effective for Owners to work with our company. Many of the traditional functions of a property manager can now be performed remotely via our portal which allows us to cut costs and pass the savings on to our clients.
We charge a flat fee that is less than what our competitors are charging and we guarantee a higher level of service.
We provide the following property management services:
• Monthly rent collection
• Direct deposit to landlord with a detailed monthly statement
•Conduct move out inspection
• Monthly Drive by inspection to make sure property is in compliance
with city ordinances

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin our client relatinships with a site visit to assess the rental potential of the property and to establish a fair market rental analysis
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a member of NAPRM which requires us to be held to the highest level of standards when it comes to property management. Our staff attends annual certication classes for fair housing. We also receive regular updated from local apartment associations regarding any changes to current fair housing laws and rent control
How did you get started doing this type of work?
In 2007 our company was hired by 3 coporate owners to manage tenant occupied properties that were bank owned. We have managed over 200 units for Altisource Rentals, Freddie Mac Bank and Carrington Property Services
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have a very diverse client base which consists of corporate clients , government entities, and local property owners. We also have international clients that we work with.
