- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $40 for a 45-minute lesson.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a discussion with them about their goals and experience with learning an instrument. I like to listen to their feelings about starting lessons and how they feel about past experiences with learning. In this way, I will know about any vulnerabilities they might have in relation to their desire to play.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Always practicing and learning new music and new tunes, listening to the greats for inspiration.
