Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Our studio is located in East Sacramento. We offer a variety of classes to the public, from the beginning student to advanced. All of our teachers are certified and influenced by the Iyengar style or are Iyengar certified. We also specialized in yoga therapy for those dealing with health challenges. These are usually private sessions designed for the individual and his/her specific needs. This may include the following: * low-back discomfort * shoulder issues * knee and hip issues * chronic pain * some heart conditions * high blood pressure * arthritis * MS * Parkinson's * cancer and cancer treatment * chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia * anxiety and depression As owner of the studio, I have been teaching for over 17 years. I am a certified yoga teacher (E-RYT500 which is an experienced Registered Yoga Teacher at the 500-hour level) as well as an AVI certified yoga therapist. Students in both public classes and private sessions find yoga an ideal tool to work on a healthier life, relieve from stress, reduce pain and obtain peace of mind. With the private sessions, students enjoy having the individualized attention and being provided with a practice they may opt to do at home. Many students view yoga as their life insurance.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Provide students with a therapeutic yoga practice that supports them in their current health situation. This may range from a minor ache or pain to a major health crisis. FInding ways to reduce chronic pain, anxiety, stress and increase a sense of well-being is so important to many in this harried world we live in. Students come to yoga to find a sense of well being and peace of mind. Yoga therapy is like life insurance; yoga is accumulative as we continue to practice never knowing when it will give back to us in a way we may be surprised.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The best advice I can give a potential student is to come to yoga even when you may not want to or even know much about it. Many potential students feel that they are not thin enough, flexible enough, young enough...Yoga is available to everyone and every body. The best way to proceed is to come in for a class or private session.
