Tile Installation and Replacement
We got our kitchen granite backsplash, window seal removed and installed tiles and new seal. Fat rock did a nice job. Very fast, efficient, flexible and does quality work. They have dedicated workers, and NOT just a middleman contractor like many others. Quality work has its cost, but you will feel like your money is properly utilized when you get your work done by fat rock. I highly recommend Fat rock.Oct 4, 2019VerifiedFat Rock, Inc.'s reply

They showed up to work every day on time and ready to work. They kept the areas that they were working in neat and clean. They were also willing to work within the timeframe that was convenient for us. I would recommend Fat Rock Tile and Stone to anyone. They do excellent work.Jan 2, 2019Verified
The re-grout of our kitchen & hallway tile floor came out great. Dany, David & Armando were all a pleasure to work with. We’ll definitely use Fat Rock Tile again.Aug 25, 2018Verified

Fat Rock Tile installed tile flooring in a sunroom for us and we couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. Dany was very professional from the bid right through to the completion of the project. He was very knowledgeable about his craft and explained everything he did. He also offered advice and suggestions which were most helpful. Best of all their price was very reasonable. We will use them again for our next tile project.Jul 13, 2016Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? We like to help out giving our contractor discount for any items purchased directly thru our suppliers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First step is to respond any questions concerning the project. Next if necessary we will arrange a date and time to meet and go over the scope of the project. Many times because of our years in the industry we can provide a quote just by seeing pictures and getting some basic information from a home owner. Kitchen backsplash and small floors are a good example. After all the information is clear we provide an estimate price over the phone, by text, or email. Final step is to sign a contract, collect a small deposit, and save the starting date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?C-54 California Licensed Contractor. 3rd Generation. Stone Peak F.A.C.T Certified C4257017 Fat Rock, Inc.
