  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    As a health coach, it is imperative not only to have the technical skills and knowledge regarding how to treat clients health concerns but also to have excellent communication skills as well as empathy and attention to detail. Through my work as a health coach these are the most important qualities I offer my clients. When I meet a client and learn more about their concerns, and goals, I conduct an individual consultation then make a self-care plan to guide each client towards optimal health. This includes nutritional suggestions, menu plans, recipes and lifestyle suggestions. As I work with my clients during the health coaching program, I make sure that each client is a priority. I devote a significant amount of time and attention to making sure goals are clear, easily accomplished and results driven. As the program continues, I work to support clients as well as hold each client accountable. Education is a big part of the program as well as hands on food tours, workshops, classes, cooking demos, and ongoing creative and life-changing suggestions for ways to remain optimally healthy throughout their lifetime.
