Hi,
Ive been in the property management industry for many years and have used Drain-aid plumbing for slap leaks-clean-out replacements-main drain leaks- interior wall plumbing leaks just to name a few. I have found Rick to come up with many solutions do fix or repair these plumbing issues at the lowest cost possible and less expensive than any other plumber.
Once I had a large slap leak in the hot water line of a three bedroom apartment. The leak was found to be in two different locations one in the kitchen under the tile flooring and another across the living room mid-way. The bids to repair this issue came in at 2,600.00 and then we would need to repair the concrete and re-lay the tile floor in the kitchen. Additionally, in the living room the concrete flooring would need repairing and the carpet repaired or replaced. This would be additional costs for us on top of the 2600.00 dollars. While this was going to be an expense job, this did not even address the inconvenience to the resident for two days.
Rick came and looked at the job and said the best way to fix this issue was to re-route the plumbing line overhead and just re-pipe the hot water line. While no one thought of this or offered by the other plumbers. Rick solutions saved us money and extra repair to our floors and even down time for the residents.
Rick completed this job in one day at a total cost of 2,100.00. What a great solutions this was.
Drain Aid Plumbing is a small family plumber and I have seen him save the company I worked for hundreds of dollars many times. He looks out for his customers and thinks out of the box when serving up a solution to fix plumbing issues. He just not one of those companys out to fill their pockets.
He really will save you money each time you might have a plumbing problem.

Rick with drain aid plumbing has been an excellent person to work with. Even in the nightmare world of dealing with home warranties. Rick has always been a stand up guy. Who worked hard and done a great job. He has saved my ass many times. He has been called out for 3 different repairs on my property. And will be called out once again this weekend.
