Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I like to get it right during the session. I try to stay away from too much post shoot fixes. The lighting, hair, boogie on jr's nose don't consume my time when prepping the proofs. It doesn't act like a job. I have fun, mostly, hahaha! I bring my family and we picnic at parks, beaches, and the like between or after shoots. I also get to be a super dork and act like a kid so THEY will do the same.

From the moment we first spoke on the phone til the day she dropped off our pictures , Alicia had this energy that is so welcoming and a happiness that is contagious! My son I special needs and we never had family portraits done (none that we bought anyway) because no one seemed to care if my son looked okay or not. Alicia met us before our shoot three times so he could remember meeting her be for the shoot. We waited five weeks for the shoot. I really didn't think it mattered. I didn't think anything would keep his attention. After watching her way of communicating with him, i am confident he would have responded to her if we hadn't met those first times. She said she has a background working with disabled children but what she can do, no one can teach. His one on one aides can't get him to respond like she does. Thank you for giving us these moments that I never dreamed would be possible!

Did not show up to the event to take pictures and came up with weird excuses why she didn't show up. Finally showed up after ceremony and wanted to take pictures. Showed up in a vehicle with no license plates. Hard to get a hold of, rarely answers phone. Do not hire.

And, the bride. I have tried with the utmost heart to keep a promise but since you and several others have found it necessary to berate me, threaten me, and try to intimidate me, I think the notion of professionalism went out the window a long time ago. Had payment been received in the manner in which was agreed upon, there would've been no issue. I know you had to scrape the money together to hire me and in hindsight, i never should have taken several checks from several different people. Yes, i missed the ceremony, so unfortunate. I came after payment was promised. No one wanted you to be upset with them on your special day, my good nature took over and I regrettably agreed to take the heat. I offered to do your formal shots upon my arrival, the check bouncer thought that would suffice. They were wrong. In efforts to help the happy couple and once again bare the brunt of someone else lack of consideration for others, I offered a full refund (less the nsf). Because I am a woman of my word, I am doing what WE AGREED UPON! Your husband said this would "make it right." I will not put in blast from whom the nsf originated, however, Your texting, invasion and misuse of my business and personal media needs to stop. I will not be intimidated by you or your husband, despite your garb. I don't HAVE TO refund you anything, but I said I would. I'm so sorry things didn't go as planned on your special day, it didn't go as I had planned either. But let's be adults about this. If the harassment doesn't stop and you fail to act tactfully I will stop payment of your refund. You have reminded me that NO MATTER WHAT, I should ALWAYS draw a contract. Oh, and my license plates, really?

This woman runs a scam. Do not hire. Does not call back and does not show up to the event. Want lo lose your money? Hire her. Good luck.
My Photographer's reply
Hi Ana! It is unfortunate that you feel the need to review my services and have never hired me. I wish you well.
