Amin assembled all our cabinets in our kitchen within 2 days. He was VERY professional and an expert at engineering our lights and kitchen. We highly recommend Amin and will definitely use him again. THANKS AMIN YOU ARE THE BEST!!!! :) Manda and Nicole
We had 21 IKEA cabinets that had to be assembled and installed. Robert and Tom did an awesome job! Besides being down to earth, they were also professional, on time, very thorough, and worked efficiently the entire time. They asked many questions along the way to make sure we were satisfied customers. So glad we found Robert's Assembly for this job. We would definitely use them again! The Shims
Roger put together a queen size Murphy bed from Costco for us at an extremely reasonable price. He was very professional, thorough, punctual, and talented! He is a perfectionist so made sure that everything was done correctly and looked great! He was more than willing to come back the very next day to help us with some other projects- building and hanging cabinets, assembling a toddler bed and hanging drapes and pictures. All A-plus work! I am looking forward to hiring him again to build a closet and mount TVs for us next!! I don't think there is anything Roger can't do, he's super skillfull! Would highly recommend him. :)
I hired contractor to complete the installation of my baseboards, as well as install a new door casing. He did a fantastic job! In fact, he went above and beyond the call of duty! Contractor took the time to go to the lumber store to match my existing moulding, purchase it, and deliver it to my home the day before install. He didn’t charge me one dime. He said, “we’ll settle it tomorrow,” and we did! His work was precise and neat. I’m looking forward to our next job!
People usually write when they are upset about something that occurred or they are not happy with the work someone did. But sometimes the work is so excellent that you feel the need to share the experience. Jim Presti, of Mobile Authority, recently completed work in all three of our bathrooms and our master bedroom. And on top of that he painted our living room and entry way. He literally made all of the cabinets and shelves in the bedroom, replaced the tub, showers and flooring in the bathrooms, and built a custom cabinet in our garage. This is why we have been utilizing his services for the last 15 years and will continue to do so in the future. His prices are competitive, the work is superb, and he has never charged us anymore on a holiday than any other day of the week. I am honestly proud to recommend him and his services.
Kevin took on the remodeling and project managed, which included hiring subcontractors as well as provided design ideas for my recently acquired 2-story, 2000/Sq./Ft. single-family home in Napa Valley, CA. The home was gutted, two bathrooms fully remodeled, all built-in cabinets rebuilt and refinished, custom barn doors made, partition walls added, needed electrical and plumbing work, installation of FF&E(s), flooring, and multi-color painting throughout. Kevin did a great job, worked hard and long hours to accomplished it all in just 3 weeks, wow!
We wanted new granite counter tops for our kitchen and a island built. We wanted our island to match our existing kitchen cabinets color as well. Germain came out the same day I reached out to him to measure and gave us an estimate, turn around time, and was very informative, professional, and very reasonable. Throughout the process, he was always in contact with us, giving us updates, and keeping us informed of how the work was coming along on my island. The island we had made has 2 trash can pull out on one side, and a cookware organizer that was customized to fit in the middle cabinet, and another cabinet for storage, he later informed us we had room to add 4 more drawers up top, which we accepted to have done. It came out great, the color of the island was identical to our existing cabinets. We were very impressed. His guys he had doing the granite work were also very professional, punctual, and did a beautiful job on the counter tops. I would definitely be using Germain again for our future projects as he's a licensed general contractor. It was a nice, stress free, experience to upgrade our kitchen working with Germain at Greenview Construction.
George was responsive, diligent, paid attention to what I was looking for on the job, and worked with me on price. He put up crown molding, sealed, and painted it. He followed up afterward by filling in any separated joints/seams. He also made some custom kitchen cabinets for me that I was very satisfied with. We discussed the job and he made some good suggestions. He is easy to work with. I don't hesitate to recommend him.
For the past three years, our handy man Mike has built, re-built, repaired and/or installed a variety of things in our 50- year-old home and in our rental units. Most recently, when one of our old gates was splintering and falling off its hinges, Mike built a brand new wooden gate for us, saving us the time and money we would have had to spend ordering a custom made resin gate and waiting for delivery. He has also installed a huge flat screen TV on the wall in our den, a new medicine cabinet and a lighted vanity mirror in our master bathroom and a Boscsh double-oven in our kitchen. The new oven was slightly larger than the original one so Mike made the necessary changes in the cabinetry around it to make it fit nicely. In our rental units, he has installed new cabinets and made various repairs as needed. When it comes to fixing things, Mike consistently shows creativity, determination and skill. About two years ago our clothes dryer started making loud noises and the clothes were taking forever to dry. The sounds were similar to some we had heard a few years ago. At that time we had to call out an appliance repair man and a few hundred dollars later, the dryer was working again. This time we figured it was either another high repair bill or just buy a new dryer. We first called Mike though to see if he might be able to fix it. Mike researched the make and model year of our dryer and found the all the specifications and information he needed, including a complete diagram of the inside of our dryer. He then took apart the dryer and found that there were just one or two parts parts causing the problem. He bought the parts, came back and installed them, and put our dryer back together again! The dryer is still working nicely.
Perhaps handyman for the jobs I needed: cleaning out the water heater, adding handles to cabinets, changing out a tall LED bulb, and repairing exterior gates. Thank you so much for your help!
We have used Luis for several projects in our home. He has completely remodeled our master bathroom, guest bathroom, kitchen cabinets and installed tile floor in our entire downstairs. All of his work has been top quality! His work was always finished in a timely manner and his pricing has always been fair. We will continue to use him for any work we need done!!
I had an entirely satisfactory experience working with Bryan and his associate at Madegman Mordern. I had some cabinet doors with recessed hinges that were broken and misaligned. Bryan came out and looked at them and gave me a choice between replacing only the broken ones and adjusting the remainders, or replacing them all to save trouble in the long run. I elected the full replacement. It took a little longer than Bryan expected to get all of the hinges, expect because there were so many of them to replace, but Bryan kept me informed and was flexible with my ability to have someone there to meet him for the final installation. The cabinet doors are in great shape now, and the price Bryan ultimately charged was very satisfactory, much less than I had feared based on the number of somewhat complicated parts he had to get for me. Highly recommended in every respect.
We had Joe come fix our cabinets prior to installation of a new countertop. The guy who originally installed our kitchen did a crappy job. Like when you clean your glasses and then realize just how dirty they were, our "new" kitchen is showroom now! Joe did an awesome job of resetting and leveling everything, properly fixed some aesthetic and design "issues" we had, and did it all with the best attitude. He was great to work with, from start to finish, and we were 100% comfortable with him working solo in our place - he's a straight-up good guy. I'm just pissed that we didn't use him when we originally put in the kitchen!
Mark's office is located on Main Street in Yorba Linda, very close to our residence. We had interviewed a number of contractors to redo our kitchen, living room and down stairs powder room. We thought we'd give him a try. He came out with his decorator, Terry Alvarado, and we were very impressed. They got the concept immediately. Exactly what we were looking for...and then some. Mark took us to a number of his completed projects and we were pleased with what we saw and heard. Mark makes it a point to make "Friends" out of his clients. Within a very short period of time we had accepted Mark's proposal. It was very professional. One thing that really impressed me was that he set up a very conservative payment schedule. This put my mind at ease that he wasn't a "Get the money and run" contractor. As in most remodel projects we were soon adding to the scope of the work. Again, very professional revisions were made to the original contract. When structural work was required for a feature we wanted in our kitchen, Mark was insistent on bringing in an engineer to ensure everything would be first class and to code. In fact, if there's an earth quake in Yorba Linda I want to be in our kitchen at the time! It did lengthen the time to complete the job but we have a very high quality outcome. Mark's contractors- Dennis, Dan, Jai and Mike were a pleasure to work with and very trustworthy. The security of our home (We both work) was always important to them. The frosting on the cake is the quality of custom cabinets Mark's own shop turns out. The tolerances are precise and the white lacquer finish is tremendous. Mark worked until we had just the perfect door fronts on our cabinets. The design work was also terriffic. We continue to work with Terry even now. Granite fabrication (Also done in mark's shop) is great. One of the extras we had Mark do is a custom fireplace mantel. Again, his cabinet team really came through. Also, all moldings were replaced in the first level and the miters are precise. Thanks to Mark, Terry and the entire Turnkey Remodel team for a great job.
I have hired John Pino construction THREE TIMES. The first time was a small job in Murrieta to cut-back and re-build a corner overhang on the roof of my house so I could pull my RV up close to the side of the house. John performed that job quickly and easily and for a very fair price. When I needed some work done inside my Murrieta home, I did not hesitate to hire John Pino again. This was a bigger job involving moving a wall and creating custom inset cabinets around my fireplace. Once again, John's work was excellent and his price was fair. After my wife and I moved to Escondido, we kept in touch with John. When we decided to add-on to our home, we hired John Pino without hesitation. It was a truly large job, adding over 1,000 square feet to our hillside home in Hidden Meadows. It was a tricky addition over a steep slope. The new addition included a full wrap-around deck on the south the west sides. The west side deck was cantilevered. We also had John re-locate a stairwell and a laundry room in the older part of the home. It cost us $180,000 to do this. In comparison, the HUGE, well-advertised construction companies such as Lars and Marrokal estimated this job would be $225,000. I am an aerospace engineer and I love to work with my hands. Impressively, John allowed me to work with him when I was able to. He was even willing to teach me some new things. John is not the type of contractor to hire subcontractors, then take off and ignore them. John would always be right there working with them and monitoring the quality of their work. Especially impressive to me was a time I was home when a building inspector arrived. I talked with him just before he left and he raved about John's work. He told me that if all contractors did that quality of work, his job would be easier and more fun. He actually said to me, "I wish I could bring other contractors here to see what's been done as an example of what to do right!" It is now six years later and we still live in the same Hidden Meadows Escondido home and we LOVE the changes John made. It was excellent quality work that has stood the test of time so far.
We wanted to get crown molding installed along with a trayed ceiling. Although none of the contractors knew exactly what we wanted, Frank worked with us to turn the image in our mind into reality. He got the job because, as a general contractor, he has the skill, manpower and equipment available to do multiple jobs like electrical work and cabinet work (our job also involved drywall and painting work). So, although the project started as a simple crown molding job, we got a lot of other things taken care of. Franks and his crew was very friendly and professional. They were very responsive to our requests and worked to make us happy. For example, we wanted to have Plexiglas installed in a cabinet door. After he did this (in his shop) he didn't think that we would like the result, so he installed a dark glass panel instead. We were very pleased with the result. In fact, we were so pleased that we are hiring them again for another job. I highly recommend Ruiz Construction Co.
I received several bids for the installation of my kitchen Ikea cabinets, Robert's was the most thorough and detailed. He reviewed the plans and remeasured and made suggestions that improved the original design. I am really pleased with the result, the cabinets were installed perfectly. Robert is dependable, skillful and attentive to all details. He also installed a heavy cast iron sink, all the new appliances and relocated junction boxes that had been placed wrong and
If you need any work done, I promise that Keith is your guy. No only did he quote me half of what everyone else was saying my job would cost, he and his daughter did an unbelievable job. From the start, Keith was pleasant, polite, and completely professional. We needed cabinets installed in our office during work hours and he really made an effort to be courteous with the noise. Some of my order was missing from IKEA and Keith called them on my behalf and made sure they had the piece for me the same day instead of the 24-48 hours they were telling me it would take. I can't thank them enough for a great stress-free experience.
I have worked with Steve and Diamond Case for several years now, in two different homes. He has supplied and installed four TVs and other equipment for me, and programmed several universal remotes. In addition Diamond Case designed and delivered custom furniture to my specification, to match up with a credenza originally purchased from them to house various electronics. I have always been extremely happy with the quality of their work and professionalism. I would be very happy to recommend them to anyone needing their services.
Over the last fourteen years, we have used Azar Development for all of our home improvement projects including remodeling our bathrooms and kitchen, building a patio cover, picket fence, and storage loft, and installing crown moulding, baseboards, and cabinets. Steven is extremely trustworthy and invested in doing every detail right so that the final outcome is perfect. We are grateful that he has made time to help us make so many beautiful improvements to our home.
We hired Drew and his team at Silverwood to help us build a custom dog kennel in our laundry room. To say that they went above and beyond is an understatement. We had an idea of what we wanted and he made it just much better. We have two young Labrador’s who chew basically anything they see. So we wanted something that would be durable and impossible for our dogs to chew, Drew came up with an idea to line up the inside of the cabinet with metal!! I mean how crazy was that!! And it works perfect with our dogs as is also very easy to clean. We knew Drew was the right fit the moment we sent him the project and we talked to him,he was genuinely very excited to work on the kennel which made us even more excited!! Price was reasonably been that it was a custom made project, we did get quotes from others and he had the best rate. Keep in mind his a contractor who owns his own shop and I say this because it comes in handy, he told us right from the beginning he did not do counter tops but knew someone who did and that he installed countertops for a living. He reach out to his guy who came through for us with also a very reasonable price!! And his workmanship impeccable!! The day of the installation of the cabinets Drews guy Bill was very friendly and very clean from the moment they start it they covered my floors and even after they were done they still clean up to make sure they didn’t leave a mess behind. Overall We would recommend Silverwood contracting to anyone looking for a great custom cabinets.
