If you could "design" and "build" the most perfect Real Estate Agent, what qualities and characteristics would you include? What type of finished product would this agent be? Would you be extremely happy with the results that were produced? If you were, then you have just "built" Robyn Webb. Robyn is honest, experienced and knowledgeable about the demographics of your target area. You may not want to hear what she says about your house, but for us she was 99.9% spot on. Robyn entered the picture with her design expertise and following her advice on remodeling a few areas in our home, we were able to sell our house in 3 days at a higher price than expected. Robyn was able to accomplish this because of her work ethic and negotiating skills. Robyn and her team are the absolute best to have working for you. One of the best agents I have ever worked with!!! DJ helped me get in touch with the perfect lender to assist my mom with refinancing her home. My mother seen a major increase in her mortgage payment and screamed for help. DJ provided us with some of the best Direct Lenders in the real estates business and we were able to get my mothers mortgage payment down from $2,300 to $1,400!!! In addition to that, my brother moved from the state of Florida to California and wanted to buy a condo! He found my brother a condo I a matter of 6 days. And then....AND THEN..we closed in 15 days!     Alex spent a year with us looking for a perfect home. He was very patient and polite.     When you’re hiring a real estate agent you want to find a qualified pro who can negotiate the best deal for your home — whether you’re buying or selling. Reading reviews will help you weed out obvious bad operators; you want to work with someone who treats their clients with fairness and respect.     Real estate agents and real estate brokers both help clients buy, sell, and rent residential and commercial properties. According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, real estate brokers are licensed to manage their own real estate businesses. Real estate agents cannot have their own real estate office and must work under a broker. Real estate brokers often have real estate firms and employ real estate agents.     What do real estate agents charge?

    Real estate agents typically don’t charge a set rate to their clients, but rather earn a commission on the price of the final home sale. In traditional real estate, there is a buyer’s agent and a seller’s agent.
