I am a very satisfied long term customer. Cesar, Manuel and the whole Howard & Sons roofer team have been excellent, you can trust them. 3 years ago I had a leak which they analyzed and said I did not need a whole roof replacement (they are honest) and did quality work to fix it. They provided photos and took the time to explain what they found such as tiles that were not overlapping enough, paper or wood issues etc. Cesar was even able to get my insurance company to reimburse part of it. Last year I had a small leak in another part of the roof, they quickly checked it and for free did a temporary patch, recommending a whole roof replacement in 6 months, which we just completed (BTW a very nice crew who cleaned up very well). After the solar company installed panels the next week, as a courtesy Howard & Sons came by and found a tile the solar people had broken. Howard & Sons replaced that tile for free, which was not even their responsibility. They even gave me an additional discount as a long term customer. I can't say enough good things about these guys. They are not the cheapest, not the most expensive, but are in the right zone, they provide the best quality with the most careful crew at the right price.

It took a little time to get us on the schedule. However, they worked really quickly and fit us in. They did a great job and notified us of an changes. We are very happy with the results. The price was very reasonable also. I will recommend this company to anyone who needs a roof!

I highly recommend Howard & Sons. They did a terrific job installing our new roof. The house is old and it was a difficult job. At every stage they performed above my expectations. Very professional and complete work.

One of my chimneys shifted after a storm and broke tiles on my roof. The damage to my home was extensive and costly.Scott Willis came to my house and was very professional and thorough. Not only did Howard & Sons fix my roof and the damages I was aware of, but also the damages that my solar company had made when they installed my solar panels that I was not aware of.I can not say enough good things about my client experience with Howard & Sons or about their ability to assess the problem, recommend solutions at a surprisingly good rate, get it done and clean up any mess. It was what you hope for, but seldom get. Great job.Eric

H & S guys are Grrrreat, they tore it up. Non stop happy hard, hard working guys. David the man with the plans was great on communications end explaining things.... smart easy going busy guy. Having an older plank roof with gaps and being next to the ocean, heavy condensation set in and the roof inspector was suddenly delayed by the City, I made a call to David in the morning and they were here that day and covered the roof. In the morning water had poured off the plastic covering like it lightly rained.Not knowing anything about roofs, I had a local company with the initials OE come out and bid the job with a " Covid 19 discount special " for $10k more with a roof Not using a title 24 shingle required for L.A. which I'd found out the hard way ... that would of been more money and their 3 day contract cancellation policy was in small little fine red fine print. H & S has a Bold print cancellation policy to be read clearly and used the correct Cool Roof Roofing products during the entire estimate process and over days explained to me the differences of shingles and quality through emails.Even though H & S is a lot further, I needed someone to just do a good non B.S. roofing job and after 4 roofers... H & S did what they couldn't and its a Great Done Deal.Using the newer 0 % interest rewards Credit cards available, payment was as easy as buying anything online.Thanks again H & S
