- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Prices posted are flexible. The fees posted currently include travel fees, possible toll charges, and are subject to change. You are welcome to call/text to obtain a quote based on your individual needs and desired price point. Let's see if we can't find a common ground somewhere in the middle.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Strong communication is my favorite. And you can never go wrong with great customer service skills. Most clients love my ability to understand their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?A notary education and training is very similar to being a real estate agent. There are fees , testing and background checks required. Plus continued education to stay active in this field.
