Your residents will have an online portal where it is convenient for them pay rent, submit maintenance requests, upload or purchase renters insurance and communicate with management. You will also have an online portal to view your financial statements, access shared documents and set up your online payment options.     Every customer and property is unique. That’s why we customize every one of our plans to fit your needs exactly. Whether your property is ready for the market, currently occupied or you have a more complicated situation, we will sit down, listen to your requests and prepare a customized plan. WHAT IS NEEDED TO GET STARTED? 1. Signed Management Agreement 2. Updated Insurance Policy 3. Keys, Fobs and Access Codes 4. If applicable: a. If your property is in a Homeowners Association (HOA), we will need the most recent copy of the Convents, Conditions and Restrictions b. If your property is occupied, we will need copies of all leases, contact information and any other supporting documents.
