Back in March 2013, my partner and I started a monster 2 unit 2-level house remodel. This was a complete gut-to-the-studs, so the scope of work included foundation/concrete, electrical, plumbing, sheetrock ,Bathroom, kitchen, mechanical and complete re-framing. We came into this project with zero % experience in the construction industry, and yes I had heard all the nightmare stories. So to say we were a little nervous was a huge investment, this project had the potential to crush us.
Viktor and his crew put us at ease from the beginning. People that have watched the progress on our project all say the same thing, "How did it get finished so fast?" Argos Construction team have a very professional work ethic - they don't rest until the job is complete.
Price, Quality, Time.....pick two, that is the running joke in the construction business. Viktor will ensure you do not have to compromise - you will get all three and if that is not enough, you will get them with a smile. Viktor and his crew are people we now admire and trust, will definitely use them again.
This was a huge project and they came in on-time and more importantly, on budget.

Argos Construction had done all the remodels/seismic upgrade for the exterior of our 2-unit condo building since 2001. We hired Argos Construction once again to do the master-bathroom remodel/expansion. This was our first interior remodel. Viktor - as always - gave very detailed cost estimates, predicted problems, and was most helpful with design solutions. He gave the bathroom great details and touches that we would not have thought of. The result is much more beautiful than we imagined (see pictures). We also want to mention the great crew that Viktor works with. Always cheerful, polite and responsive.

Argos Construction just finished renovating our kitchen and our 2 and 1/2 bathrooms and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome! Our 1963 kitchen was small, outdated and no longer functional. Our bathrooms were equally challenging. Victor listened to all our needs and came up with fabulous plans which were brought to life by an incredibly skilled team. We had the utmost trust and respect for the carpenter, electrician, plumber and tile expert who all worked long hours to see that our home was completed on time. Workmanship at every turn was excellent. Fantastic customer service. We really felt everything was being taken care in a most professional way. The kitchen came out way better than we could have ever imagined. I was so impressed with great job that Argos Construction's done for us. I would highly recommend them.

We had the best experience with Argos Construction. Our house had not been remodeled nor redesigned in over 30 years. We have a small kitchen and we feared there was not much we could do with it but what a transformation! Victor was so easy to work with and had lots of great ideas about how to turn our small, problematic kitchen into a spacious, beautiful one!
Victor and his crew worked through the plans at our house and we knew we were in good hands.
I was impressed with every workman that entered my home. They were all very professional, courteous and skillful. I appreciated that they used workmen that were specialists in one area; masters of that skill.On occasion, they worked long hours to stay on deadline. They showed up early every day, there were no "disappearances." Victor came by daily to check in with both the crews and us to make sure that everything was on track and that we were happy with the details and the progress. We really felt everything was being taken care in a most professional way. Anytime a question arose Victor was available by phone or email and questions were resolved.
Our price tag didn't change and the project was completed within the time frame given up front. We love our new kitchen and highly recommend Argos Construction to anyone!

Argos Construction just recently finished our master bathroom remodel. This including replacing everything from the bathtub, installing a brand new shower that required new plumbing, and changing out the vanity cabinets, counter-tops, and faucets. They did a fabulous job from start to finish. His quote was by far by the most detailed with itemized pricing and drawings of what we wanted. From the start of the project, Victor kept us informed of what was happening and timeline for completion. He was onsite each day with his workers and wanted to make sure we were happy with the progress. They even cleaned up each night and didn't leave things a mess during the process or once they were finished. They were also no hidden surprise fees at the end. Victor walked me and my wife though the project before we paid the final amount to ensure that we were fully satisfied with the work. I would highly recommend Argos Construction to anyone looking for remodeling work at their home. If we decide to do any more renovations, I will definitely call Victor again. Thank you for my beautiful new bathroom. Awesome job!!
