We hired Nick for company's wellness event. Nick is Awesome!! Very responsive and professional. He came in well prepared and everyone enjoyed the training from him. Will definatelly hire him for another event in the future if possible.

I have been working with Ben now for 6+ months, and it's been a transformational experience! I have so much of my daily life back thanks to his training. I was living with chronic back and hip pain and was unable to get out of a cycle of injury and pain. He has been able to get my body from 0 to 1, and I now enjoy hiking and many exercises again. He has helped me learn ways to manage painful days, and work towards "more good days" as he would say. Mentally he has helped me approach each day as part of the healing process. I'm so grateful for his training talents!

I am working with Kelly Eales, a new trainer with Palladino, and she is fantastic! I've never had a personal trainer before, and was looking for support and accountability in rebuilding muscles that atrophied during cancer treatment. Kelly has been incredibly patient and supportive, while pushing me to achieve my desired results. We did a month of stabilization work as I adjusted to the exercises, and now we're doing endurance improvements. Kelly is great about explaining the goal of each exercise, helping me get the correct form, and tracking evidence of my progress (which is emotionally helpful on the days when I'm really feeling the burn!). I can't recommend her highly enough!

Nick is a super talented trainer who can motivate you and knows just how much to push.He's smart and very knowledgeable about kinesiology, and aware of age appropriate workouts. He is always on time and very reliable.He's patient and encouraging and has a good sense of humor to boot! I recommend him unequivocally!
