- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing I feel is fairly reasonable. There are travel fees for certain areas. I have a referral program where every referral someone brings me, and that referral books with me, they get 30% off a future session. All of the terms for that are on my website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is I let the customer tell me what they are looking for. I will then ask any questions to help fill more of the details in that I would need. I will let them ask any questions and express any concerns. They will get 7 days a week service from me while we are working together. I will then draft a contract for both of us and have my client review and sign it if they are happy with what is on their. Once I receive my 50% deposit, my client will be officially booked. My clients can contact me anytime and I will get back to them as soon as I can. After the session, I will keep in contact and give updates on their photos.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken photography classes at my community college.
