They were very helpful explaining what was going to be done and pointed out a minor repair needed, and fixed that too. cleaned up the area they worked in. overall nice job.

Work was done correctly. They were great on communications. Let me know when they would come, arrived on time. Explained several options to me about how they could I stall and set up electrical access to my fan and light. I will use them again.

Within minutes, Jenny responded to my request and sent the electrician. Adam arrived in 30 minutes and got it done in less than 2 hours. He installed a designated grounded outlet for my new Samsung dryer. Awesome job! I’ll totally work with this company again in the future for any electrical work. Very happy!

I had an issue with a loose wire in an outlet that caused sparking and the outlet to melt. Mike was at our house within 2 hours of reaching out and diagnosed, repaired and power back on in no time. He also walked me through what caused the issue and how to correct. I would highly recommend Prudential to anyone.
