House Cleaning (One Time)
I had Monica and Matthew who were both very polite, neat in appearance, and very willing to meet my special requests. They both worked hard and knew what they were doing. I've never had such sparkling windows and the plantation shutters were individualy wiped clean from dirt --not just dusted! I have a dog and my entire sectional sofa was vacuumed perfectly and no dog hair was left anywhere in the house. Things were wiped off and put back organized nicely everywhere. House Cleaning (One Time)
I was out of town for the weekend and the cleaner came on Saturday. We had opted for the "Deep Clean" which is charged by the hour instead of a flat rate. When I came home Monday, I found several things that are on the "Deep Clean" list of things to do weren't completed. The dishwasher and dish rack weren't unloaded, there was a dirty vase sitting next to the kitchen sink, baseboards washed, clean oven, and the bedding didn't appear to be washed or beds remade. In the past, cleaners I have used would set clutter (mail, clothes, etc) off to the side so overall the room looks clean and organized. None of that was touched. Instead everything was right where it was left before they came and it looked like the place wasn't cleaned. I called middle of last week to let them know of the quality of work. The person on phone was very brief and said she would contact a supervisor. I have yet to hear back. As a manager of the company I am sorry to hear about your disappointment with the service provided, and I regret that you were not satisfied with the performance of our cleaning lady. I have scheduled a meeting with the Supervisor and the cleaning lady who performed the work at your property to discuss your comments. We are particularly concerned about the misunderstandings regarding the Deep Cleaning in question. We are sorry that miscommunication occurred during the scheduling the appointment with you. In the Thumbtack request you have indicated that: Cleaner should bring supplies: Yes, I want eco-friendly products: No, I want laundry done: No, I have pets: No, I want my refrigerator / oven cleaned: Yes, I want windows cleaned: No, I don't need any of these extras: No Accordingly to theses instruction (NO FURTHER INSTRUCTION WERE GIVEN) our cleaning lady performed the cleaning of your property following the Deep Cleaning Procedure of our Company. Your complaints are very important to us; therefore we would like to respond to them: 1. However your dish rack weren't unloaded, the dishwasher washer was cleaned both inside and outside to the best possible way of reaction of the chemical detergent. 2. The baseboards were washed and cleaned as well as the oven stains were removed as much as possible. 3. The bedding WAS NOT washed since you have indicated that NO LAUNDRY SERVICE IS REQUIRED. Additionally, all beds were made, however when you have returned to town after the weekend they may have been used by your roommate. 4. By the rule, the organizing is NOT included in the deep cleaning procedure unless it is stated or requested by the customer and NO FURTHER INSTRUCTION WERE GIVEN to us. By the policy of our Company, if we are not authorized by the customer, the cleaning personnel is NOT ALLOWED to move the items around the property, and opening the drawers and cabinets is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN (unless the Customer will state it otherwise) If there was a dirty vase overlooked by our cleaning lady WE WOULD LIKE TO SINCERELY APOLOGIZE FOR THAT! DO NOT HIRE!!! Blanca is the rudest company owner I have ever met! After we agreed on a date and time, She came to my house and once there tried to charge me double for what she originally agreed. She said it would take two people 7-8 hours to clean the house which is absurd for a 2 bdrm home that is completely empty. Then she told me that I was rude and she was sendjng her people home. Dear Mrs. Tsao, You have ordered from us a move-out cleaning service for price of $185, which was explained to you in written form, covers approx. 3 hours and 10 minutes of labor for crew of two people. We asked you to let us know if this time will be sufficient to complete the work. We clearly asked you to let us know about it, so we can extend the duration of the service if necessary. You did not respond to this request, so we assumed that 3 hours will be enough. Unfortunately, at the arrival to your property the crew faced a property in such a bad condition that they requested to contact you to further discussed the duration of the service and the scope of the work as the property was so filthy. We do not appreciate customers who are rude and yelling, and try to blame us for their mistakes or in that case dishonesty. You have been told that during the conversation with me, and that was the major reason why I decided to ask the crew to leave your property without even starting the job. Dear Mrs. Taso, the condition of your property was so bad that there is no difference of opinion about that. Filth is filth, and build up filth accumulated over extended amount of time cannot be just “simply cleaned” – it requires HEAVY SCRUBBING and A LOT OF TIME to do it. First time I hired someone who eas very good and did an excellent job. Second time I had a different lady who did a horrible job. She spent 3 and a half hours but the house was still not clean.
