If your interior design seems "a little off" like having checkers on chessboards, its high time you do something about it. My wife and I had grown tired of turning our heads every time we looked at the hodgepodge of "decorations" we had accumulated and placed around our home over the years. All nice stuff but it didn't look right, like a chessboard with checkers instead of the usual pawns. We looked into many interior designers but after our search, we selected Debra and Keith for a number of reasons. When you first meet them, you feel completely at ease....no pretensions at all. Soon, after sitting and chatting a while, you get the feeling of trust and an overall good feeling like when you hear Bing Crosby singing "White Christmas" or receiving a card from someone unexpected that you are fond of. Debra and Keith showed exceptional expertise and vision when creating our color palette and then, choosing items of furniture and accessories to work perfectly with their colors and design. This is one of their strongest talents, amongst others. I realize that most decorators should have access to the same materials however Debra and Keith have an innate ability to select only the best and most creative to deliver the kind of stunning professional outcome we enjoy every day. Now that the project is over, we marvel how great our home looks thanks to Debra and Keith's creativity, imagination, eye for color and working within our budget. They are simply the best! The have turned our home from "Checkers on Chessboards" to "California Coastal....and we love it.Feb 11, 2020

Thank you for transforming our "ugly duckling" house into a "beautiful swan." the surprise on everyones face is as they walked through the front door, set it all! we heard someone mention that it reminded them of an European villa. After everyone left, and the house was all cleaned up, the four of us at by the beautiful fireplace and enjoyed the beauty of our new surroundings. thank you so much of our gift. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? After we assess a project, we are able to create a flat fee for our design work. This works better for the client and the designer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We like to discuss briefly the type of work a new client is considering by phone, followed by an on site meeting. It is important for us to meet a potential new client to understand their personalities and preferences. From there, we can determine the scope of work necessary and our design fee. Upon agreement, we take measurements and photos to make necessary scaled drawings. When an agreed upon plan is made, selections of color schemes, fabric choices, proposed lighting, furniture, accessories, cabinetry, or, whatever other design feature is needed, will be made. We present our ideas to the client and work to achieve a beautiful desired result. Listening to our clients is a vital part of our process!
