I accept full responsibility for the miscommunication. I failed to take detailed notes and accidentally removed your favorite gardenia and a large Umbrella plant that she just wanted trimmed. We planted a beautiful garden that is supper low maintenance and drought tolerant and installed a timer for a really low price. This is after she made numerous comments of how you couldn't get anyone else to even show up. To remedy this situation I am planting 2 new 5 gallon Gardenias and a new 5 gallon Umbrella plant free of charge. I personally feel that a 1 star review is not warranted. I fully understand your emotional distress. I would be upset too if this happened to me. Hope the new plantings will bring you piece of mind.

Rob the owner is always participating in the work and does all the work above base laborer. That gives a good comfort level on quality and continuity/correspondence on the project. As owner his key concern is satisfaction of the customer. He goes the extra mile to make a quality project without increasing the cost.

You get what you pay for. Don't always go with the least expensive. Choose the one that balances cost with performance.
