FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All my packages are adjustable to fit your budget & needs for the day!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I initially begin with email/messaging, then love to hop on a phone call, Facetime, or meet for coffee or a drink, to talk about your day, get excited about all the details (I LOVE to hear about all the things!), answer any and all the questions you have, offer any advice you need (such as timelines, vendors, anything!) to talk over my whole process, and get to know each other!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice is to make sure your photographer makes you feel comfortable, cared for, and responds to you consistently & timely! This can determine the whole feel for not only the process even after your Wedding day, but also shows in the images! I also think that if you are going to be hiring a photographer, you should not settle, especially on your Wedding day! You are putting effort and time and money into all those details, while the tiniest most beautiful moments of the day go by in a flash! You deserve to look back at them and catch your breath: your mom buttoning up the back of your dress, your dad helping you adjust your tie, your guests standing as you walk down the aisle, your parents looking at you while you say your most profound promise to the person you are choosing to share your life with, and all the laughter and tears and little details weaved preciously within the most beautiful day of your life. It is so worth it to have it documented in the best way possible.
