Introduction: Hello my name is Karen and I was first introduced to property management in 1985. I managed about 40 properties in San Juan Capistrano at a very young age. I am now a licensed Real Estate Broker; incorporated and handle sales and property management. I find that for investors closing escrow is not the end of their needs. I have very qualified workers that handle everything from a major remodel to changing smoke detectors. Property visits every 6 months, recommendations for value improvements, trust account record keeping, monthly statements and reasonable fees are just a few of the services provided.

Karen has helped my stress level by managing my 3 apartments so I can take care of my husband following an accident. She has convinced my problem renter to pay his back rent and to pay ontime now. She handles problems big and small. She is courteous and professional.
