My experience with MarkShane and his group of professional trainers has been one that will last a long time in my mind and heart. The staff is curtious, kind and know their job well. I tried losing weight on my own with no success, but after coming here I emedietly lost weight and became a new person. I would recomend them to family and friends and anyone seeking professional help in weight loss training and healthy nutritional guidance.
Emile is a true blessing to work with and will get you amazing results!!! The only thing that is missing is you! Emile helped me not only to lose fat and get healthy and in shape, dropping nearly 40 lbs so far, he has been encouraging and educating me while holding me accountable. Bo is type of trainer that push clients to be faster and stronger. He creates workout goals with client base on their fitness level, but at the same time building client's endurance. He also cares about client's nutrition, making recommendations to improve client's diet. His boot camp work out classes priced very reasonable, so I highly recommend to anyone.
Lauren and her team are amazing! We hired LA Fit Life as part of our Wellness Month at our law firm. The program exceeded our expectations! We had nutritional seminars, boot camps, and a variety of other fitness classes. Everything was geared for all levels and the reviews I received from our staff and attorneys was fantastic. It's awesome working with Peggy at Fit by Design! I especially loved her boot camp classes and the way she motivated us all at the crack of dawn- she made it fun and challenging so you can definitely feel great after an incredible workout!
My experience has been like no other when it comes to fitness!! I have a long road ahead of me with my weight loss goals, but I couldn't imagine this journey with any other trainer...his knowledge of the body and what it takes to achieve the lifestyle I need is amazing!!! This trainer practices what he teaches and understands from first hand knowledge because he treats his body like a temple. I know we all can not look perfect but he's the guy to help you be the best you can be for yourself. Jessie is the total package...great trainer and overall an awesome guy!!! If I could give more stars I would...I'm only 3 weeks in and he's changed my life already!! I am a current EBC Camper that falls into the obese category. I am just keeping it real. Many believe that they are not capable of doing a boot camp style workout. I am here to tell you that with EBC its possible and results will come with consistency and persistence. My EBC journey began at the end of July 2014. At the start of camp, I weighed in at 283lbs. I was insulin resistant and pre-diabetic. I had high blood pressure and I was physically miserable from being so out of shape. I am pleased to tell you that through amazing coaching and guidance from Monique and Sean Patton, and other supportive campers, I have transformed my body, my lifestyle and my overall wellbeing. I have lost 60lbs. of fat; my diet is clean and all my pressures/numbers fall within the normal range. My EBC journey continues! I look forward to our sessions and being challenged as well as my continued transformation.
I had a pretty significant knee injury while playing soccer last October and decided to look into a personal trainer, as I had gained some weight and lost a tremendous amount of muscle (and confidence). Kathy has, by far, exceeded all of my expectations. Within the first few weeks I noticed increased muscle especially around my injured knee, which has helped me walk better. I have also been steadily losing weight and gaining energy as well as confidence. Having gone through a slew of trainers in the past I can honestly say that Kathy has been the most promising. She is quite approachable, yet firm in her methods while demonstrating her expertise in proper form, technique, diet and exercises specific to my body type and weight loss plan. I highly recommend her as a personal trainer.
Angie is our fitness trainer at the San Diego Tech Center and teaches classes ranging Core Strength, High Intensity Interval Training, Strength Training to Boot Camp. She makes classes fun, keeps pushing us push our limits, switches things up if she senses we are plateauing. She is very friendly and extremely approachable, be it advising on specific personalized exercises, diet, injuries, or just general health. Just by attending her classes, I can lift heavier at the gym. My flexibility, core strength and endurance have all significantly improved. This helps me tremendously while playing those long league level tennis matches. I have also been injury free, since her workouts target all major and minor muscle groups. Thank you Angie, for all that you have done!
I have been going to various boot camps and personal training sessions with Hi-C Fitness for about six months now. The workouts are a blast, work the whole body and keep my heart rate up. There is a huge range in ability level, age, athleticism, etc that attend each session and everyone is always challenged. Not many things can beat a good workout at the beach!
Goat Fitness has been one of the best things I have ever done. Like most women I know I struggle with my weight. I am small person ( 5 feet tall) so I feel like my weight goes up and down a lot. I have done diets and boot camps and everything worked for like 2 weeks but, I never really achieved the results I was looking for. I would loose like 5 lbs and stop losing weight. Not to mention I couldn't eat anything I wanted and the work outs were ridiculous. Lucky for me one of the girls I work with goes to Goat and she looks amazing and all she did was talk about how great this gym is. There are those people who LOVE working out .... I am not one of them and I don't understand the people (like my friend) who are super into it. But.... she looks great and she told me her trainer said she can have a bagel and cream cheese. That got my attention!!! Every work-out/ trainer I have ever seen has told me that I basically have to cut out everything I love to eat which for me is wine and cheese which sucks so I do it for 2 weeks then I stop losing weight and say screw it back to eating what I want. There is another way!!!! So I decided to go see this amazing trainer that allows you to eat foods you actually like. Lets just start with everyone at the gym is incredibly nice. I talked with Jon and he talked about getting the results I wanted and how to reasonably achieve them. He was honest and up front this isn't the place where you drop 20 lbs in a month first that isn't healthy and it typically doesn't taste or feel good. He explained that what I was looking for would yes take time but, we could certainly get there in a few months. I don't have ridiculous goals I just want skinny girl arms and to fit into a pair of pants like the average woman. I appreciated Jon's realistic approach to weight lost. We did all my measurements and he built me work outs that would help me get to where I wanted. Another great thing you can pick different packages so I picked the 30 minute training ones. I have never been so happy to work out. The work outs are definitely changeling but, they don't kill you ( you will be sore though) but, its over super fast! Back to the food because when I think weight loss I typically go to great well I can't eat this or this or.... and it goes on. I can have my wine and my cheese!! We set up my macros to show me I need this many: Carbs, Fats, and Proteins. I can eat those anyway I want!!! If I want to have wine that is fine I just need to make sure it fits into my macros. The trick is if I know I am going to have a glass of wine later its the first thing I put in my phone so I know I am having it and I see what else I have the rest of the day so I get my wine! This fits into my life which is more important to me. I work 2 jobs and don't have a ton of extra time. Most importantly they care they really do and they are very flexible. I am happy to say .... I fit the pants .... and I have wine & cheese :)
Vanessa is a great coach who offers a wealth of knowledge in fitness and weight loss. As a client she kept me motivated by giving me different workouts that were fun, taught me about which muscle groups I was working out and how to stretch properly. Vanessa offered insight into how to eat healthy to help me stick to my weight loss goals. Vanessa is very personable and professional. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to start working out again and doesn't want the intimidation of a big box gym. Vanessa is also able to train athletes that are looking for a change in their workout routine. Give Vanessa a try and get ready for a great workout!
Carlos is the motivation and willpower I cannot find within myself. I need a trainer that will get me to show up. he has this way of making you have fun and wanting to workout. always in touch, guiding with diet tips and all around support. I've tried so many other options but Fitmonster is the one that works for me. great people at the boot camp great prices I'm great ice tea... and the results show itI'm getting stronger and leaner all the time closer to my goal
I have been training with Morgan for almost 5 months now. Her boot camps are fun and challenging and have really whipped me into shape! I'll be 40 next month and have never felt better!
I was only with Edward for 3 months. By the first month I lost 11 pounds. I learned so much though! My starting weight was 151.1 and I dropped to 135. In my personal experience with edward, I can say that he is completely dedicated to his job! He works around your schedule. He gets to know you as you work out with him on a one on one basis. He is attentive on getting to know your strengths and weaknesses . Not once did I feel I couldn't achieve my goal. My greatest motivation was that he believed i could do iy, thus i did.He will reach out to you on a daily bases to motivate you to schedule the next work out session. For a trainer this good, I'd expect his prices to be super high, but on the contrary, they are less than reasonable (in my opinion) . With this review I just want to say thank you -abi
Maddie was my boot camp instructor and Pilates instructor. She is fabulous. I have worked with her for years which has meant that she has seen me through injuries, strength, and weakness and always knows how to adjust her motivation and her exercises to make sure that my workout is safe but challenging. Maddie actually cares beyond the time in the studio - she checks in, follows up, and never upsells or makes you feel bad. I appreciate her honesty and toughness but also her kindness. She is a hard worker and I will go back to her and Movement Integrity time and time again. She rocks.
I have worked with Jaimie for over a year with individual personal training sessions to help me achieve my fitness goals. She helped me lose body fat, increase muscle strength and drop some unwanted pounds. As a client, I felt that Jaimie went over and beyond what a personal trainer is supposed to do- she encouraged me to try different activities, like boot camp & spin classes. She would help me with areas in my life that were keeping me from achieving my goals. She would check in with me constantly to make sure that I was staying on target with my goals. Jaimie is positive, caring and will help you achieve any of your personal fitness/nutrition goals.
I have been working with Rob Lamb for nearly a year, and the one thing that I world tell any of his potential clients. Rob has a habit of giving you more then you pay for. He's not a clock watcher and will take the time make sure you get a great workout. If you belong to a gym, have a home gym, or no gym access at all he will tailor your workout and give you recommendations on what you should be doing between sessions with him. He also runs a free weekend boot camp for his clients and any guests that would like to try out his service. It's rare that I'd give any business a 5 star rating but I can't think of anything negative about my experience.
Sunny Daye is inspirational and pushes you to reach new fitness heights. Her boot camps are my favorites. Her body says it all.!
The boot camps are so much fun and energetic I felt good after every work out. Lauren knows what she's doing and I can't wait to train with her again. I look forward to training with her again.
